Shipping & Returns
UK Deliveries
We offer free delivery on all online hearing aid purchases within the UK. Your hearing aids will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after we receive your hearing test results. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you straight away. All deliveries are fully insured and tracked, and your hearing aids will be sent to the address provided at checkout. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after receiving your dispatch notification, please contact us so we can investigate immediately. When your order arrives, please check your items promptly to ensure everything meets your expectations.
In the rare event of a delivery issue or non-arrival caused by Direct Hearing Hub or our courier, you’ll be offered either a full refund or a re-delivery at no extra cost. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your hearing aids carefully upon arrival. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly. We’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
International Orders
Direct Hearing Hub currently delivers within the UK only. If you’d like your order delivered internationally, you can arrange collection by your own courier. Please note that any orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which are payable by the customer. Your courier will contact you directly about any charges due.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 70-day no-quibble money-back guarantee from the date your hearing aids are shipped. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply return your hearing aids within this period for a full refund. Please note that return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we’ve received and checked your hearing aids, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Once the order has been placed the product will be ordered from the supplier and dispatched within 5 days.
