That’s why our remote aftercare service is automatically included with every purchase. It’s designed to give you ongoing access to expert guidance and adjustments, so you can enjoy the very best performance from your new devices and rediscover the sounds that matter most to you.
Your journey with us
1. Personalised Consultation
After you’ve selected your hearing aids, one of our qualified Audiologists will arrange a remote consultation with you. During this session, we’ll take the time to understand your unique hearing profile, your daily lifestyle, and the situations where hearing support is most important — whether that’s in conversation, watching TV, or out in busy environments.
2. Seamless Delivery & Virtual Fitting
Once you’re happy with your choice, we’ll send your hearing aids directly to your door. We’ll then schedule a virtual fitting appointment where your Audiologist will guide you step-by-step through setup, ensuring the devices are programmed and tailored to your hearing needs. We’ll also show you how to care for your hearing aids, fit them comfortably, and make the most of all their features.
3. Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
A few weeks after your fitting, we’ll book a follow-up consultation to check on your progress. This gives us the chance to fine-tune your hearing aids, answer any questions, and ensure you’re adapting well. We know hearing needs can evolve, so our Audiologists remain available for future check-ins and adjustments whenever you need them.
