Our remote aftercare service is included with your new hearing aids — helping you get the best performance from your devices so you can enjoy all of life’s sounds.

After selecting your hearing aids, one of our Audiologists will schedule a remote consultation to understand your hearing needs and lifestyle. Once you’re happy with your choice, we’ll send out your hearing aids and arrange a virtual fitting appointment.

Following your fitting, we’ll book a follow-up consultation to check your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
