For hearing aid orders, we aim to dispatch your goods within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there are delays, we will notify you promptly.
For all other orders, dispatch typically occurs within 1-2 working days.
Delivery
Free DHL Express Delivery is available worldwide for all hearing aids and orders over £500. Delivery times range from 1-5 days, depending on your location, and will be shown during checkout.
For orders under £500, delivery options, including costs and times for your location, will be shown during checkout.
All orders are delivered via insured and tracked services, unless you select untracked delivery, available for orders valued up to £50.

Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch before adding delivery time.
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your address to avoid delays.
If your goods are not delivered within a reasonable time after receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately.
Import Taxes and Customs Charges
UK Deliveries: UK VAT is included in the prices displayed on the website.
International Deliveries: Import taxes or customs fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are not covered by Direct Hearing Hub, and DHL will contact you to arrange payment of any applicable charges.
Returns – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hearing aids. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
Conditions for Returns:
The 30-day return period begins from the date your order is shipped. Returns must be posted within 40 days of the dispatch date.
Customers are responsible for the return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.
How to Return:
Contact us at info@Direct Hearing Hub.co.uk to obtain an Approved for Return Code (ARC).
Include the ARC, a brief explanation for the return, and a copy of the original invoice in your package.
For hearing aid returns, we will arrange for DHL collection. For accessory orders, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email and issue a refund for the product cost.
Please note, any fees paid to audiologists for testing or tuning services are non-refundable.
Warranty Returns Policy
If your hearing aid develops a hardware fault, we will facilitate the repair with the manufacturer through our UK lab.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our lab.
