Here at Direct Hearing Hub, we tailor all our hearing support to each of our customers individual needs. However, we want to ensure we gather all the important information about your hearing health first. So, if you think you are having problems with your hearing, you’ve come to the right place!
We begin all our care with an initial hearing consultation where we’d like to talk through your concerns and work out a lifelong solution with you. Once we’ve had a chat about your hearing life you will receive one-on-one care with our expert audiologist who will give you their absolute attention and complete a full hearing assessment. We want you to fully understand your hearing health and will explain all our findings and discuss your hearing journey with you.
After your consultation and hearing test, if we have established you require hearing aids, we will talk through your hearing device options and discuss the best one for you. We will then arrange a follow up fitment and explain how to care for it at home to make sure you get the very best out of hearing device. We offer ongoing support throughout our follow up appointments to make any further adjustments if needed.
