Programming
Once your order is placed, we’ll email you a medical questionnaire to complete and return. If we don’t already have your audiogram, we’ll ask you to send us a copy (a clear photo of a hard copy is fine). Our audiologists will review your medical questionnaire and audiogram to confirm your chosen devices are suitable before programming your hearing aids.
Remote Programming
To ensure your hearing aids meet your needs, we offer remote adjustments. If your hearing aids need fine-tuning, our audiologists can reprogram them via the free hearing aid app on your smartphone.
Sizing
The email will include instructions to determine the correct receiver length for your ears. We also provide a range of dome sizes with your hearing aids, so you can choose the most comfortable fit.
